Are you ready to take your brunch skills to the next level? Chef Anthony Trunzo from the Capital Grille is back in the Kitchen with a new interactive cooking class, using his professional staple: steak.

Here’s what chef will be preparing for you, demonstration-style:

  • Ham, Egg, and Cheese sliders with a chipotle mayo

  • Peanut Butter and Banana Crostini with Bacon and Blackberry

This is what you’ll be cooking, hands-on with Chef instruction:

  • Potato O’Brien with Sirloin and Egg - Ingredients include: Yukon gold Potato, red and green pepper, onion, rosemary, thyme, sirloin, egg, and chives

  • Mimosas

BYOB if you would like somthing other than what we are sampling.

This class is a combination of chef demonstration and interactive hands-on cooking.

Recipes will be provided.
