We’re making Fall Flavor Charcuterie Boards in The Kitchen!
Using seasonally inspired ingredients from Delallo’s Italian market, you’ll be preparing and styling a 23” x 8” bamboo board. We’ll practice different styling techniques, knife skills, and work on our homemade pumpkin dip. We’ll discuss particular pairings and portioning. You’ll take home the board and everything on it.
This is an interactive cooking class. We will provide all ingredients, boards, aprons, and necessary tools to complete your board.
