This is an demonstration class where you'll be doing the eating while Chef Donato does most of the cooking. Chef D is currently the executive chef at the Capital Grille and has served as an executive chef throughout Pittsburgh since 1999. Winner of many competitions, he took that honor for The Kitchen Games, The Kitchen's innaguaral charity chef competition in 2016.
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
