Here's what we're cooking:
Thai Chicken Nachos smothered in a peanut sauce with shredded cheese, Thai chilies, red peppers, scallions, cilantro and peanuts
Lemongrass mussels in a green curry coconut cream broth accompanied with toasted baguette slices
Steamed turkey dumplings accompanied by a sweet chili sauce
Green mango salad with coconut, chilies, fresh sprouts, basil, scallions and peanuts
Red curry wi th shrimp, pineapple, peas, green beans, chilies and tomatoes in a rich coconut sauce over jasmine rice

Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
