We’re making Classic Italian Charcuterie Boards in The Kitchen!

Using all ingredients from Delallo’s Italian market, you’ll be preparing and styling a 23” x 8” bamboo board. We’ll practice different styling techniques and discuss particular pairings and portioning. You’ll take home the board and everything on it.

This is an interactive cooking class. We will provide all ingredients, boards, aprons, and necessary tools to complete your board.
