About this Event
Forget a formal affair this Valentine’s Day! Grab your friends or your partner and we’ll cook up our own Valentine’s Day brunch. Dorothy from Chop, Wok, & Talk has put together a fun afternoon of cooking for you to enjoy.
Here’s what we’re cooking:
- Strawberry Bellini
- Yogurt creme brûlée with granola and berries
- Croque Madame (grilled ham and cheese sandwich topped with bechamel sauce and a fried egg)
- Steamed asparagus
- Individual baked Alaska with a brownie base, strawberry ice cream and smothered in meringue (you’ll be using a torch to brûlée!)
- BYOB
This is an interactive cooking class.
Groups will be practicing social distancing. Please let us know if you are with someone who registered separately so we can put you together.
Masks required for entering and exiting the building.
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
*If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12 people will be cancelled.
