Grilled homemade garlic naan from India with a Syrian roasted red pepper mahummara spread and topped with Morrocan Grilled shrimp skewers with spicy honey yogurt sauce
Grilled corn and nectarine salad with toasted spice Mexican vinaigrette topped with cotija cheese
Grilled flank steak marinated in a green chimichurri sauce and topped with a red chimichurri sauce from Argentina
Grilled Italian marinated seasonal vegetables with a vinaigrette
Grill pound cake topped grilled pineapple, ice cream and a homemade caramel sauce from good old USA

This is an interactive cooking class.
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
*If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12 people will be cancelled.
