Chef Jeff will be making his Thanksgiving favorites and raising money for Best Buddies. A portion of ticket sales for this event will be donated to Chef Jeff’s favorite charity.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

• Sweet potato gnocchi - maple, sage, brown butter, pecan

• Cream Kale - truffle, caramelized shallot

• Stuffed Cauliflower

• Sweet sausage, herbs, apple, bourbon glaze

• Bourbon Corn and bacon tamale - jalapeño, leek, quesot fresco

• Sweet and sour braised Brussel sprouts - balsamic vinegar, honey, cashew, maple

• Beer brined Roast turkey - brown ale, herbs, roasted root vegetables

• Pumpkin pie brûlée

Drinks:

• Sparking apple pie

• Spiced pumpkin ale

• Apple cider old fashion

• Pecan pie martini

• This is a interactive dinner class. Chef will be cooking and there will be some hands-on activities.

  Groups will be practicing social distancing.
