Fried egg rolls with shrimp and beef and an apricot dipping sauce
Vegetable lo mein with sprouts, carrots, napa cabbage, and mushrooms
Tangy orange beef with broccoli
Chicken and shrimp stir fry with baby corn, mushrooms, snow peas, and waterchestnuts in a mild flavorful sauce
Fried rice with fresh pineapple, shrimp, chinese BBQ pork, tomatoes, and cucumber
orange sherbet and almond cookies

Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
