Join us for a night of Chinese cuisine with Dorothy from Chop, Wok, and Talk! Asian food is one of Dorothy's specialties so you are in for a real treat when you come to this class!

Whats on the menu:

  • Fried egg rolls with shrimp and beef and an apricot dipping sauce

  • Vegetable lo mein with sprouts, carrots, napa cabbage, and mushrooms

  • Tangy orange beef with broccoli

  • Chicken and shrimp stir fry with baby corn, mushrooms, snow peas, and waterchestnuts in a mild flavorful sauce

  • Fried rice with fresh pineapple, shrimp, chinese BBQ pork, tomatoes, and cucumber

  • orange sherbet and almond cookies

  • BYOB

Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
