This is an demonstration class where you'll be doing the eating while Chef Giuseppe and Jason do most of the cooking. Born in Sicily, Executive Chef Giuseppe Di Gristina came to the United States at the age of 13. His original master plan was to study International Business with a Culinary Arts as a secondary field, but as destiny would demand, he soon found his way on the fast track to becoming one of this country's most exciting and diverse chefs. Chef Jason is a certified executive chef and owner of Bella Sera, a special event venue and catering company located in Pittsburgh's South Hills. Bella Sera blends Jason's cultural heritage with his years of experience developed in world-class establishments such as Nemacolin Woodlands, Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island Resorts in Charleston, SC.
