The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for support of all functions in the Kitchen by Vangura under the guidance of the Corporate Chef & Executive Team. The Kitchen Coordinator will also manage La Bonne Cuisinière boutique and all aspects associated with this entity.

Maintain all documentation for events
- PNL
- Inventory
- Guest Lists
- Schedules
• Manage La Bonne Cuisiniere
Order product
Maintain inventory
Maintain POS System
Maintain operating schedule
• Maintain Calendar of Events
• Maintain opening & closing procedures
• Client Relations
• Community Relations & Professional Organizations
Assist in outreach to community & professional organizations
- Industry associations
- Community organizations (Chamber of Commerce, Charity Events, etc.)
- Attend associated events
• Kitchen Support
• Research & Development
