This fun, relaxed demonstration dinner takes a delicious trip back in time, featuring some of the iconic dishes that defined the era. We’ll kick things off with a classic Tequila Sunrise before groovin' into a retro-inspired menu.

Throughout the evening, Chef G will share stories, tips, and techniques behind these timeless dishes. The highlight of the evening will be a special flambé demonstration, as Chef G shows you how to properly prepare and ignite the Cherries Jubilee—because nothing says dinner party quite like setting dessert on fire!🔥🍒
