One of our favorite summer traditions is the Pig Roast! Chef Nick will be creating one of our favorite summer classes with pork, bourbon, & more.
Here's what we're eating:
Slow Roasted & Glazed Succulent Pig
*along with all the accompaniments you will love & enjoy*Golden Sweet CornBread (made with honey from my honey bees)
Potato Salad (idaho born potatoes tossed with some deliciousness)
Brown Sugar & Smoked Bacon Baked Beans (no Bushes here, we start with pinto, kidney & northern white beans)
Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese (Roasted Chicken pulled apart from roasting on top of the pig, along with 5 cheeses in the sauce)
Coleslaw (shaved, chipped or chopped, learn the secret to the crispiest, tangiest coleslaw)
Key Lime Pie (one of my fan favorites, will throw down in Key West anytime)
We will talk through the dishes while we taste some elevated bourbons that I think you will find superb.

This class is a chef’s presentation dinner, so Chef Nick will do the cooking, you do the eating. Enjoy this up close and personal dinner with our Chef! Please let us know if you would like to be seated with guests under a different name.
