Panthers Against Cancer Charcuterie Boards for LLS

Come join us at The Kitchen by Vangura for an evening of delicious food and fundraising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Indulge in a variety of meats, cheeses, and more while supporting a great cause. Let's come together as Panthers to make a difference in the fight against cancer.

This class will be lead by Franklin Regional's candidates for Student Visionaries of the Year candidates Katie Troutmann, Katelyn Patts, & Taylor Murphy.

You’ll be preparing and styling a 13” x 6” bamboo board. We’ll practice different styling techniques, knife skills, and talking about the cheese and charcuterie that we're using. We’ll discuss particular pairings and portioning. You’ll take home the board and everything on it.

This is an interactive cooking class. We will provide all ingredients, boards, aprons, and necessary tools to complete your board.
