Asian cooking is back in the kitchen! Sushi, anyone? You know you want to brush up on your wok skills and chopstick maneuvering...

Chef Nick's Give Me Chopsticks class will be exploring Asian cuisine with a combination of presentation and interactive cooking.

Here's what we're making:

• Homemade Egg Rolls

• Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce

• The Art & Taste of Sushi/Sashimi

• Ramen Bowls

• Mongolian Beef/Asian Stir Fries

• Kung Pao Shrimp

• Purin (Japanese Caramel Custard Pudding)

• BYOB

This is an interactive & demonstration style cooking class.

*If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12 people will be cancelled.
