The Titanic sailed April 10 to April 15, leaving one of the most recognizable events in modern history. For the first class passengers, dinner on April 14, 1912 was a 10-course event.
The wreck of the Titanic was discovered on Sept 1, 1985
Chef Nick will be recreating 5 of these courses for his demonstration class this evening. We’ll talk about food, cooking, and a little bit of history!
