Join us in remembering the Titanic with a 5-course dinner with Chef Nick Saxon, based on the final dinner menu served on the Titanic.
About this Event
The Titanic sailed April 10 to April 15, leaving one of the most recognizable events in modern history. For the first class passengers, dinner on April 14, 1912 was a 10-course event. Chef Nick will be recreating 5 of these courses for his demonstration class this evening. We’ll talk about food, cooking, and a little bit of history!
Period dress is encouraged! Have fun with it!
