Chef Jeff Maag from Eddie Merlot's joins us at The Kitchen!

About this Event

Join us for a Winter Fare class with Executive Chef, Jeff Maag from Eddie Merlot's. Chef Jeff will be focusing on the best things about winter time. In this class, it will be a mixture of demonstration and interactive. Guests will be able to sit and eat, while Chef Jeff makes an amazing meal, but will also have the chance to help him with a few things!

The menu for the evening:

• Pear salad,winter greens, gorgonzola, cranberry and tangerine vinaigrette

• Roasted root vegetable stew, sage, cannellini bean, parsnip, yam and heirloom carrot

• Braised short rib, Cabernet, rosemary, Roasted Brussel sprouts, bacon demi

• Elk Chop, wild mushroom risotto, crispy sage, merlot butter

• Manhattan Chocolate torte, bordeaux cherry, orange chocolate, bourbon caramel
