About this Event
Join us for a Winter Fare class with Executive Chef, Jeff Maag from Eddie Merlot's. Chef Jeff will be focusing on the best things about winter time. In this class, it will be a mixture of demonstration and interactive. Guests will be able to sit and eat, while Chef Jeff makes an amazing meal, but will also have the chance to help him with a few things!
The menu for the evening:
Pear salad,winter greens, gorgonzola, cranberry and tangerine vinaigrette
Roasted root vegetable stew, sage, cannellini bean, parsnip, yam and heirloom carrot
Braised short rib, Cabernet, rosemary, Roasted Brussel sprouts, bacon demi
Elk Chop, wild mushroom risotto, crispy sage, merlot butter
Manhattan Chocolate torte, bordeaux cherry, orange chocolate, bourbon caramel
