Here's what we're grilling:
Picadillo Appetizers (similar to beef empanadas) with an adobo aioli
Carne Asada (grilled skirt steak and sausages) with a red and green chimichurri sauce
Argentinean potato salad with mixed vegetables and olives
Fugazza with cheese and onions (similar to italian focaccia)
Dulce de leche brownies

Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
