Vietnamese pho with chicken, rice noodles, sprouts, chilies, basil, and cilantro in a flavorful brotH
Vietnamese pork banh mi sandwhiches with pickled carrots and apples, spicy mayo, crunchy cucumbers, basil, cilantro, and chilies on toasted baguettes
Thai lemongrass salad with napa cabbage, macadameia nuts, scallions, chilies, and green beans tossed in a sweet and spicy dressing and garnished with toasted coconut
Thai red curry with shrimp, pineapple, sweet red peppers, peas, peanuts, onions, and chili peppers over jasmine rice
Bangkok baklava with peanuts, coconut, cinnamon, and five spice powder in phyllo dough, saturated with a sweet and spicy syrup.
This is an interactive cooking class.
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
