Celebrate the Chinese New Year with Dorothy of Chop, WOK & Talk! Dorothy studied Chinese cooking with Anna Koa, a restauranteur in Fox Chapel. This three and a half hour class will focus on Asian cooking techniques, Asian ingredients and knife skills.
On tonight's menu, we have:
Sizzling rice shrimp soup
Shanghai pork spring rolls with a chili dipping sauce
Cold Szechuan peanut noodles with scallions, sprouts, and egg skins
Golden coin beef with red peppers, mushrooms, and snow peas in a mildly spicy sauce
Pineapple Chicken in a sweet and sour ginger sauce with broccoli
Orange sherbet with almond cookies
