Time to cure the cabin fever! Join us, along side of Chef Dorothy from Chop, Wok, and Talk! We will be exploring the flavors of spain with tapas and paella...and come on, who doesn't love churros?! Cooking is completely hands on and no experience needed!
The menu for the evening:
*All tapas items will be served on a warm crostini
warm marinated olives
crab and piquillo pepper dip
sizzling shishito peppers with lemon and sea salt
stuffed dates with chorizo and blue cheese roasted in a vanilla oil
paella with shrimp, chicken, chorizo, and mussels in a saffron flavored rice
churros and hot chocolate
Class is BYOB.
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
