Cost per person is $95.00
This particular class will put emphasis on learning the art of souffles and crepes
MENU:
- Puree of asparagus soup with a dollop of lemon cream
- Blue cheese souffle topped with a fig compote along side of a French mixed green salad
- Chicken with lavender honey and lemon butter sauce
- Julia Child's potato Dauphinois gratin
- French style green beans with a variety of herbs
- Crepe suzettes (orange sauce) with ice cream
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
