Become acquainted and adept with the knife and your time in the kitchen will be transformed. In this hands-on class you’ll also learn to master a handful of other very useful tools like the mandolin, various stand mixer attachments and much more.
Next you learn how to make a few hearty stocks which are the foundation of most all soups, stews and sauces.
A bonus section will be dedicated to entertaining at home. You'll get a crash course on menu planning and organization, then preparation, how best to properly store food and other ideas to make your next party far less stressful than you thought possible.
