Summer is over, and fall has arrived. Welcome fall with the traditional Oktoberfest and a lesson in German cooking.

beer and cheddar fondue with mini sausages and pumpernickel bread
homemade bavarian pretzels with a sweet mustard sauce
potato pancakes with sour cream and homemade applesauce
knockwurst bake with apples, rutabaga and kraut
beer, bacon & toffee sundaes

Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
*If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12 people may be cancelled.
