Staub Cast Iron Mini's
Black matte enamel coating is indestructible; chip resistant without discoloring. Use for starters, individual side dishes, desserts, mini meals, condiments or decorations. Cast iron construction retains heat keeping it warm after being taken out of the oven. Serve soup, scalloped potatoes, carrots, tart tatin, fruit crisps, cobblers, creme brulee, etc. Made in France; safe for use in dishwasher, although hand washing recommended.
